Hattiloo Theatre have invited local artists and all of those interested in creative placemaking to join one another in an open forum on Sept. 24 from 6 to 7:30 P.M. at the theatre to discuss the possibility of a black creative neighborhood, where it could be, andhow it can be fostered.
