Harbor Town

Harbor Town was conceived in the early 1990s as an experiment in New Urbanism and has since become an international benchmark for community building. To create a town-square feel in a bustling urban center, small shops and cafes were nestled close between stately homes and walkability made key. Today, more than 5,000 people call this once-vacant sandbar home. And while the beautiful homes, convenient shopping, and local eateries are big draws, Harbor Town’s best feature is arguably its stunning views of the Mississippi River from the 1.5 mile-long Greenbelt Park.
